Alberto Guidato (1972, Ivrea) lives and works in Milan.

Alberto Guidato is an artist that, using fluently diverse expressive media as video, sculpture, painting and installation, reflects about the questions that move between an individual and collective dimension, from the research of the body to social critics. Alberto Guidato (born in Ivrea, Italy in 1972, he lives and works in Milan) has participated to the exhibition-workshop Body and Soul / A to Z with Dimitris Kozaris in Viafarini in Milan (1998). He has followed the Superior Course of Visual Arts, curated by Angela Vettese and Giacinto Di Pietrantonio, at the Foundation Antonio Ratti of Como, with Marina Abramovic’ as Visiting Professor (2001) and he exhibited in Viafarini in occasion of the exhibition of the end of the Courses “Tracce di un seminario” (2002). He is been invited in a video group show at the Gallery A+A and the Cultural Slovenian Center in Venice E’ (2003).
